Doorcy is an online manager that allows you to control access solutions remotely via an app or website. With Doorcy, you can control doors, gates, barriers, lighting, and heating with your smartphone. Doorcy is suitable for both individuals and companies who want to simplify and increase the flexibility of their building management.
Doorcy works on the basis of a relay box that is connected to existing access solutions. This relay box communicates with the Doorcy app, allowing you to control connected devices. You can also grant temporary or permanent access rights to other users, such as family, friends, employees, or suppliers. This allows you to always determine who has access to your home or building.
Doorcy is for everyone. There are different versions of Doorcy: Doorcy Mini, Doorcy Midi, and Doorcy Maxi. Doorcy Mini is suitable for situations where only a few devices need to be operated, such as a home or small office. Doorcy Maxi is specially designed for use in larger buildings where many users come and go, such as a hotel, school, or hospital. Doorcy Maxi allows you to use advanced features, such as linking Doorcy to other systems.

At the very bottom of the app, you will find numbers that correspond to the buttons in your relay overview. Are these not lit either? Then the Doorcy probably has no connection. Check whether the blue light on the Doorcy is still lit. If this is not the case, switch off the power and then switch it back on again immediately. The Doorcy will then restart.
Every user can create their own account in the Doorcy app. Once the account has been created, send us an email atklantenservice@doorcy.nlclearly stating the Doorcy and the user's email address. Describe as clearly as possible in the email what can be switched with the account, and we will take care of it!
To activate an additional relay, please contact your installer. The installer can connect an additional relay to your desired equipment. Once the connection has been made, we can easily activate this relay in your app. After the connection has been made, please send us an email atklantenservice@doorcy.nl. Please include the number of the relay used and the desired name in the email.
Our customer service team will be happy to set up additional scenes for you. If you would like an additional scene, please send us the name of this scene viaklantenservice@doorcy.nl. Please also mention in this email the relay that needs to be included.
Yes, relay timers allow us to switch before or after a time block. This can be very useful for switching off lighting or heating, for example.
It is possible to install a Doorcy relay box yourself, but we do not recommend this. We have a large network of installers who can offer support and advice. They know what is and isn't advisable in your situation. By leaving the installation of Doorcy to a certified installer, you will be ready to use the system sooner and everything will be installed to your satisfaction.
