Doorcy aims to provide users with smart building management, allowing them to control doors, lighting, and other devices via an app. We recently introduced a new feature that makes granting access to visitors even easier and more flexible. With this new feature, Doorcy administrators can add and manage users themselves, without having to rely on a Doorcy reseller.
Until now, new users always had to be registered via a Doorcy reseller, who arranged the access rights and subscription. However, it turned out that this could be done more easily, allowing visitor registration to be completed more quickly. Users with multiple Doorcy accounts in particular expressed this desire. They want to be able to create visitors themselves quickly and easily. For example, when they want to grant access to their location to a family member, friend, colleague, or customer.
With the new feature, Doorcy administrators can now create users themselves via the administrator platform. They can create a Doorcy ID for their visitor and give him or her access to the desired location and scene. They can also set the duration of access and revoke access if necessary. This allows them to manage their smart access themselves, without having to contact their Doorcy reseller every time.
