From now on, Doorcy Midi and Doorcy Maxi allow you to grant access to people between specific times and dates, without the need for your own reservation system. The launch of this feature makes it even easier to grant access to employees and visitors.
Large venues that used their own reservation system could already link it to Doorcy via an API. Now, all Doorcy administrators without a reservation system can also grant access based on a pre-made schedule.

Set a desired time slot
With the new feature, administrators can easily set a time slot for each user or group of users. For example, you can give a guest access to your bed & breakfast from Monday to Friday, give an employee access to your office from 9 to 5, or give a member access to your clubhouse on Wednesday evenings. You can also set one-time or recurring time slots, depending on your needs. Users can see in the Doorcy app whether they have access to the space. This means you no longer have to worry about keys, codes, or reservations.
Smart building management
The new feature complements the existing option of granting access via a link to reservation systems, which is particularly suitable for large locations with many users. Doorcy works with various leading brands and is suitable for both small and large situations. Doorcy aims to offer smart building management to users, allowing them to control doors, lighting, and other devices via an app, and uses the latest technologies to remotely control doors, gates, barriers, and other devices.
Greater insight
This new feature gives administrators more insight into visitors. After a reservation has been made, they can set which users should be added and within which time slot they should have access. In addition to adding visitors, they can also remove or change them at any time. After a reservation has ended, they can use the logs to see who had access to the building or grounds and when.
