What's new?
Attendance registration can be optionally enabled in the Digital Reception. When active, the system collects the name, phone number, and company name of visitors. This information appears on the terminal screen, ensuring a smooth registration process.
Practical to use
For departing visitors, there is a clear check-out button on the first page of the terminal. By simply searching by name (all matching names appear on the screen with three characters), visitors can quickly check out. The system automatically records the departure time.
Insightful reports
Administrators can now download a complete report listing all attendees at any given time. The database remains clean because data is automatically deleted after a certain period of time. This ensures optimal privacy and data security.
This expansion makes Doorcy Digital Reception even more versatile for office buildings and multi-tenant buildings. It offers the professional look and feel of a staffed reception desk, but with the convenience of 24/7 fully automated availability.
